I have to work on a presentation related to job productivity comparison . And the more time you spend in an organization the less productive you become . So i need help if anyone can help me or give some rough outlines on how should I map this problem?:c-blink:

I need to explain the thing that "if you spend more time in an organization the less productive you become" and also comparison between new employees and old . I will have to go to some organization and take interviews but i don't know where to start from

First of all, I seriously question the statement. My experience has been that the more time in an organization, the MORE productive you become. You know the code, you know the tricks, and you can get more done with less time and fewer lines of code.

I still say that productivity tends to go UP as you learn your job better.

I don't know WP. I have been at my job for 4 years now and the amount of effort i put into my job is going down hill so i see the guys point ...... of course my job does not give raises or any other insintive to do good work .... and they treat you like something found in a public restroom.

I would say building confidence in the job is the most important aspect of becoming productive, losing that will definitely hurt your productivity, and like ZeroRadius said no incentives or motivations for work for a long period of time can weigh on you.
