uhmm...idk if im breaking some forum rules here, but you guys know there are freelance websites out their, where you can earn money if you have a good enough portfolio.

No, I don't think you're breaking anything. Yeah I'm aware of it but I'm too young and I don't know enough to be hired.
wdf is a porfolio? Doesn't it mean folder in French?

Portfolio is something that showcases your knowledge and skills. They are also called career portfolio, in you put you best work, you education, and things like that. You can have a online portfolio too in which you can include a blog(if it's relevant), any of your opensource projects or any other opensource project you may have participated in, or any websites you created. Things like that, it's mainly for the purpose of showing what you got.

Oh darn, I'll keep every single line of code I write from now on. I'm used to deleting my projects when I no longer work on them...

I'm making about $2 an article at the moment. It's not really that competitive if you are a good hard worker.

Nut much. I remember I've programmed Snaky in C, a simple IDE in C#, simple stuff.
