This is a problem of Visual Studio Express 2008,
"Project Creation Failed"
all solutions talked about GAX,devenv.exe,etc.
tried all of it
and nothing worked.
is there a real solution for this?
Been using VSexpress 2008 for 1year.
MSsupport doesnt reply at all.

why not give sharpdevelop a shot, SharpDevelop @ic#code
it should have no trouble opening your existing projects, nor creating new ones.
Might get you through till your Visual Studio Express issue is resolved.
if you do... go with build 3.2,
