I know blogger blogspot allows full html access to the template, that livejournal and wordpress don't etc... are there any more apart from blogger that allow the access? thanks guys

You can edit template of WordPress too! Go to themes->editor.
There you can see the whole codes of the template used in your site. Then edit accordingly!
