Connecting to a table

hi evrey one ..

im trying to connect a table one my wamp server it is posible i know to connect the table with
the DSN i typed :"jdbc:odbc:MyTables" and its connect what i want to do is
when i be on any other computer then i will can connect to the table via my wamp server
how i can do it ?
