Hi All!

I have been working on a project called DS App Studio, and I have gotten a lot of it done so far.

With this project, I am also developing a programming lagnuage called DSAL. DSAL isn't complete yet, it soon will after the final release.

The final release of DS App Studio will probably not be until a while. We are currently working on 3D implementation in DS App Studio, and it is very hard to insert that into DSAL, but we will be able to do it. Also, sprite systems will be available once we get the complications dealt with, such as user-friendly sprite systems. For more information on the sprite systems, just contact us at contact@awsomisoft.com.

Thank You!

This program will allow you to make Nintendo DS homebrew applications and games. :)

Is it basically an IDE for the DS (if that makes sense) or is it a simplified version of coding. You know, made for those without alot of coding experience.

This is really cool, I assume you're using devkitpro? I found a similar one called DS GameMaker.

Unfortunately, I hit compile as soon as I made a new project and it crashed on me.

Yes I was going to mention DS Game Maker. They seem to be doing very well off. I was actually an active member of their forums for quite a while.

Yes, this IDE uses a programming language called DSAL, which is a very simplified programming language.

DS Game Maker has been doing well too, but some people have been getting the feeling of wanting to program their own DS homebrew, not just placing objects into a room.

This application is meant for people that want to be able to control what their homebrew does.

DS Game Maker is an application that is meant for game homebrew, which is a fine thing, but people want to be able to make Nintendo DS homebrew applications as well.

Yes, I am using some of devkitPro, more for the compiling.

I see what you mean. On top of the fact that your program has a different use from Ds Game Maker it also uses a different language. (DSGM uses C++)

Yes, actually I do.

AwsomiSoft - Welcome to our site...

Just click the community link, and it will lead to the forums. :)

Thank you for the comments!

I have been working on the language a bit more since the IDE doesn't matter as much as the language.

And, just ignore the ad on the page about the program being $7.95. It isn't anything. I was just trying to spiff up the site.
