Hey guys I've been thinking about this for a while. What do you think? I'm working on the legal issues, but it's basically an agreement, with hardly any problems whatsoever (not done with it yet LOL) Right now it has several loop holes and a lot of other things but anyway

If my context of the use of this is correct, then I say you are writing a lot of redundant things. It should be to inform the user the terms of advertising on your website, not have paragraphs explaining why it is there.
Be sure to read the updated FAQ! || Health is achieved through the same 10,000 steps.
If a suggested code/method fails, informing us is less important than telling us why or what errors occurred.

It is an interesting idea.

I think that is typical of most legal documents.

No, it's a document which any website can accept compliance to, which basically says, hey we not trying to cut down on advertising, but we are trying to make it less annoying for the end user, so that you don't have to look at all this junk in return the viewers are saying. OK thanks for that effort to stop annoying us and accept that you need advertising to keep your site running we just believe that advertising should be done a certain way and not annoy the user to the point that the user feels they would just rather not look at the site at all.

**EDIT: And then the document goes into detail about what advertising is acceptable. (Not completed yet) :-)

**EDIT: In other words, it's the GPL of advertising. The viewer can't sue the host and the host can't sue the viewer. Neither can sue SmashIndex.com but SmashIndex.com holds copyright to the entire document. Meaning if any site violates the document, they are in direct violation of copyright laws and must remove it from their site. Yet if they have it on their site, the user can be assured that they are protected from annoying ads.
