In the site I am working currently working gives a "Pemission denied" error. I searched about that but couldn't come with a solution. what is this error about.?

very sorry I couldn't post the line 14. It's a complicated servlet call. I don't think it will help. Thanks anyway. I wonder when or how these kinds of problems occur.
