Hi,
I have such an idea about the site:
You could register, but only when paid in PayPal or AlertPay or Liberty Reserve. Then it will be a registered user access to "VIP section"
Memberships would be for example 3 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and forever.
It would then be associated with the site forum and "VIP Members" should automatically sign VIP
This is my idea about that and I would like to ask whether this is possible and if so, approximately how much would it cost (I know enough about that, but so approx.)

This would not be hard to code, but the depth of pages what you are wanting to display to VIP members will most likely take the most time. For costs, freelancing contractors tend to charge $9-11 an hour and to code the payment gateway and things should take no more than 4 hours.

You may wish to use a CMS like Joomla for this, as it can handle registration and interfacing with payment gateways much simpler including adding content. There are plenty of people to modify Joomla installations.
