recently i've created XML site map using google webmaster tools, now i have 2 questions
1) Should i submit it( my XML SITE MAP ) to google, yahoo, bing
2) Did i creat the XML SITE MAP of my site in right way
can one help me for that

1: You can submit it to either of those engines, the more the better coverage.
2: Your site map appears to be in correct format.
