What: I recently got an email from an advertiser (Technorati Media) soliciting articles about the how the internet and technology impact the holidays and the new year, or make the holidays easier. The content will be used in conjunction with marketing efforts by Qwest Communications (Qwest® - Official Website: High Speed Internet, DIRECTV®, Phone Service, Verizon Wireless). However, they are looking for pure editorial content. There is no requirement that you review a product, or include any specific messaging in any way.
When: This campaign will run from next week until the end of December. The article topics are below.
Where: The posts will be located on CodeCall Programming Forum - Recent Blogs Posts - Blogs and linked to from Technorati Media.
How: Please write on one or more of the following topics, and mark your posts with the corresponding tags. You can include the tags anywhere on your post. Please send me (Roger) your post permalink.
Why: The links to your posts will be featured in over 15 million impressions around the Web. You will be able to share your thoughts with a very large Internet audience and also help CodeCall stand out in the crowd. The posts will also be linked directly from Technorati.com.

Technorati Media is the advertising arm of Technorati. With this campaign, they are looking for content from technical sites. It is a win-win if we can post something that they will use, since it will easily drive traffic from them to us through their links.
