PHP would be a viable choice for web programming, you can browse some simple tutorials here to get a feel for the language:
PHP Introduction

I am sure there are many pre made business carts available for your task of selling used motorcycles as well.

For a website, use HTML and CSS for styles. You don't need C++. If you plan on selling them, Ruby on Rails will work for server side scripting too.

Are you planning to sell, or will this be like an online store? If so you might consider using a system like Magento.

PHP is pretty universal these days and provides the backbone for packages such as WordPress, so I second that recommendation. Plus, once you learn one language, the learning curve for others drops substantially. Since you already know some C++ the code itself shouldn't cause a huge problem, but getting up on internet technology might.
