Hi guys...im having problems playing music or even video files from my linux - openSUSE.....thing is im a total newbie to linux....i need someone to recommend what software to install, and even what codecs to put in cause i really want to get out of using windows all the time....Konquerer just doesnt work...and i don't know why..

Do you know what media player you are using? Open the media player and go to help -> about and tell me what you see there
