Looking at the project page, I have no idea what this project is actually supposed to do. You may want to refine the projects goals as a start.

I have updated and modified the project. Now its only necessary to make an addon for an existing software than to create something from scratch. I hope the following images speak:

Quick question: What possible motive would anyone have to install this plugin? I mean, I would NOT want to receive advertising messages from my torrent client.

We receive advertising messages on some p2p software whether we want it or not. In the same way your favorite movies will be interrupter by advertising. Why not being "paid" to read advertising ?

Why should we limit sharing only to intangible/software goods ?
Those who dont want to read it, shall not install it. Those who want to create this plugin will be paid.
Everyone satisfied.
