W3schools always includes nice interactive tutorials:

There is also another slightly more complex tutorial set here:

I learned a lot, if not everything, from Creating a Data Access Layer: The Official Microsoft ASP.NET Site
That's a link to the first tutorial. To the right are all the sequals: creating a business logic layer, master page and navigation and so on and on.

It focuses mainly on the CRUD (create read update delete) of a database... Which is propably what you'll mostly do.

A lot of text to read sometimes tho..
