Hiya guys...

I'm trying to develop an IDE. My goal is to make it very flexible and configurable, so with .conf files and wizards you can basically rebuild it. Adding custom toolbars, windows, menus, and more. I'm also trying to make it portable, but I'm not really sure if I'll manage it to(in fact, I'm not sure the final product will meet all the requirements). The project will be coded with C/C++.

Recently I have posted a few questions about my project. I don't have them all answered yet, but I do have some new ones.
Today I got to work, searching for a good web hosting provider and a good free domain name. I came up with 000Free hosting, and two domains - it's either I'm gonna use Za NiC, or wait for .free to open registration in two weeks(I like .free better).

So... I still need to design the website, and there are a few options for that. I can just learn basic HTML, but since I only need like 5-6 pages, eh... Or, I can search for a good web design freeware. There is no such thing as too much coding, but it will still take me time if I'll go with the HTML options. If I'm gonna find a freeware, I'll probably have to deal with advertising, which I don't want. Which one do you think is better?

And, as about the naming. Hate it. But I did manage it to come up with something cool - how about 'NadeSoft?' Doesn't is sound catchy? I, personally, like it. What do you think of it?
I also designed a quick simple logo with GIMP - I was inspired by Halo's grenade.

What do you guys think of it? I was thinking of calling my project 'NadeSoft Frag' or something. Still gotta work on it.

Thanks in advance for any help.

-UPDATE 18/10/10-
I have just found a great program, it's called "Dynamic HTML Editor 1.9". It doesn't seem to do put ads and stuff on my webpage, and I may legally use it as long as I won't be able to earn money with my site. Just mailed to them about the 'donate' button.

-UPDATE 19/10/10-
Yes! I just received a mail back, I now officially have permission to use "Dynamic HTML Editor 1.9". Here is the original mail -

Yeah me too... But I'm sure 'NadeSoft' gives a hint ;)
I might change it, but I'm not sure cause I like it.

PS. Just found a free template that's perfect for me. It's called 'Golden Birds' or something. I've just downloaded it, it might be cool after some modifications.

Moved into the proper forum.

What sort of software will you be developing? It sounds good.

Thanks!
I'm gonna develop a very customizable IDE(a freeware), that can be configurable for many different languages. You'll be able to configure it to work with every compiler that you'll want to, and you'll also be able to configure it's text colors in different situations(ex. all line is green after a '//', or red text between ""). My goal is to provide a lightweight yet effective IDE, that, with wizards and .conf files, it can be basically rebuilt.

I'm not sure how long will it take, as I'm not even sure if I have all it takes to build all mentioned. Odds are that it'll be ready, but it'll take me some time... Of course, after it's done I'll be developing more, but I'm not sure what ;)

Welcome to CodeCall!
Thanks, just don't expect it to come out anytime soon because I'm very busy. I have to go to school, plus some classes I take at my own free time. I do have time to program, but not too much.
By the way, I have already started developing it. C++ is nothing like C, at least not like I expected - so I'll have to re-get used to C++. Not good.

Omg their is a diff between C++ and C.
Looks cool.
I do like changing my programs.
P.s. Make it so some settings aren't set well defautly that way people will get satisfied customizing it.

(it can be as simple as making the project explorer (if any) on the other side from Code::Blocks people who don't know how to change it will think: Ahhh well it's just me. And people who can: Great program nice customizability).
Please, write clearly with proper structure. Double spacing makes the text feel un-jointed, Capitalizing Every Word Means People Stop Before Every Word Sub-Consciously Which Is A Pain In The Backside, and use code tags! (The right most styling box).
