Then it will take precedence over the others, move your php.ini file into C:\WINDOWS and restart your server, verify if it changes the extensions loaded.
As of PHP 5.2 you can edit the path where PHP loads its ini file to C:\php if you require within the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PHP\(version)\IniFilePath registry key.

All new problems require investigation, and so if errors are problems, try to learn as much as you can and report back.

Then you need to make sure which php.ini and ext-dir your web server is using!!!And now I noticed in my phpinfo() that all the changes in my php.ini did not take effect in my phpinfo(). And also in my phpinfo() the Configuration File (php.ini) Path is in C:\WINDOWS, but my php.ini is in my C:\php and also the extensio_dir in my phpinfo() is C:\php5 but in my php.ini extension_dir C:\php\ext

I solved this problem by moving the php.ini from C:\php to C:\WINDOWSyes, I also have experienced various kinds of errors, one way is to connect database into SQLServer.
