Then it will take precedence over the others, move your php.ini file into C:\WINDOWS and restart your server, verify if it changes the extensions loaded.

As of PHP 5.2 you can edit the path where PHP loads its ini file to C:\php if you require within the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PHP\(version)\IniFilePath registry key.

All new problems require investigation, and so if errors are problems, try to learn as much as you can and report back.

And now I noticed in my phpinfo() that all the changes in my php.ini did not take effect in my phpinfo(). And also in my phpinfo() the Configuration File (php.ini) Path is in C:\WINDOWS, but my php.ini is in my C:\php and also the extensio_dir in my phpinfo() is C:\php5 but in my php.ini extension_dir C:\php\ext

Then you need to make sure which php.ini and ext-dir your web server is using!!!

yes, I also have experienced various kinds of errors, one way is to connect database into SQLServer.
then I found the site reporting solutions
This site is quite interesting, might be helpful.
please visit the reporting solutions

I solved this problem by moving the php.ini from C:\php to C:\WINDOWS
