It's awesome you could return (it seems we lost many members in recent years), welcome back MikeM.
Be sure to read the updated FAQ! || Health is achieved through the same 10,000 steps.

James H. took over and he sold the site again although they're still somewhat around, our new owner is Roger, he's a kind fellow (and nicely business oriented).
