Hey. I really like MicroASM, and I need a working link for it. I googled for a very long time, and found nothing. Can anybody help?

Typing "MicroASM" into both Bing and Google gave me nothing but links to download it. How hard could you have searched?

Right... Sorry, I forgot to say that the original downloading location is down, and all links I found were dead. The site emu8086 gives a 404 error when you navigate the where the files are supposed to be. That's why I need an alternate downloading location.

@AdvMutant, MicroAsm is ~6 years old, that was a very old version of EMU8086 (which Momerath linked to). For instance, the microasm site linked to here:
http://www.emu8086.c...microasm100.zip
But the file clearly does not exist anymore, EMU8086 IDE is the next generation of the program you requested, It would suit your goal of an assembly IDE.

First off thanks for making it clear, I didn't know that.
But, I'm specifically looking for MicroASM 1.00 because it's so simple, and I'm a huge fan of such designs. I need this one because, it's simple, light, and effective. The new one isn't.
PS. 'next generation' things are usually crap. I don't say anything about emu8086 because I never used it, but how about comparing Halo and Halo 2? Windows XP and Vista? Of course, such things are usually quickly fixed - Halo 3, and Windows 7. But, what I need won't be fixed(because isn't really a problem) - MicroASM was small and light and emu8086 is heavier and more complex. In other words, I'm looking for good 'ol MicroASM 1.00.
lol :)

I searched for 15 minutes and found nothing except this:
http://www.softplatz...t/IDE/10735.exe
It MAY be the software in question but the site is taking too long to reach. I cannot find anything on rapidshare or otherwise, It may had been requested to be removed from sites by the owner (hense a few sites linking to geocities, which unfortunately closed also).
It is somewhat redundant to continue, you are requesting something we cannot do. Either use or do not use it?

Well, it gives me an error. Nevermind, I [almost] managed it to set up something different. I'm having a problems - the guides to add a new file type to windows' right click New menu aren't working. I need to add the .c extension. Any way I can do it easily?

Dude, THANKS!!!!
You don't know how happy you made me! I was looking for it for a very, very long time. It's the best day ever!
I also got 91 at math today, while I usually get 60-70. That's the grade system here, 0-100.
And, we had two lessons canceled at school, so we went an hour and a half earlier.
Plus this!
++rep!
@Nullw0rm, you're right, but I still really like it. I'm gonna use it as a template for an IDE I may develop, or even run it under Wine.

There is no problem that cannot be solved by the use of high explosives.
