Using: VB2010

Wondering if there was a good way to start this? I'm a beginner at coding so don't be "harsh" lol.

But please help or direct me too a good tutorial , and i would highly appreciate it!

I think this tutorial is quite good:
VB.NET Chat Server Program

Remember to learn the client/server relationship model before you actually start coding, building this application from scratch by yourself would teach you quite a lot.
