Hello.
On my new site i have formatted the links to highlight and then to switch colors (highlight and text) when someone rolls their mouse over. However once i have cliked on the link when i return to the page while the links are still highlighted (i have done the visited element) they won't change on roll over anymore???

Please, write clearly with proper structure. Double spacing makes the text feel un-jointed, Capitalizing Every Word Means People Stop Before Every Word Sub-Consciously Which Is A Pain In The Backside, and use code tags! (The right most styling box).
