hello, i want to ask something. what does pseudocode mean? are pascal, c++, c#, vb kinds of pseudocode?

Pseudocode are code that only describes what the program should do without actually doing it. It's like a combination of comments and code. Pascal, c++ c# and vb are not kinds of pseudocodes.
