i get a

when i go to the index.html file i read this, what does it mean?

The first line of the script calls a function named get_header(), which is not defined in the script. There should be another script that defines this function (and others that appear later). You should include it at the begining of index.php, or some other script should include the script defining these functions and index.php.

It looks like a blogging script, like Wordpress, but a single page from it. As there are NO require()'s, or include()'s, you can assume the file was meant to be included, not run directly. Where did you get that sample from?

Personally I would advise you not to download PHP scripts from a file host such as that. It is part of WordPress, so you cannot run the script unless you install WordPress, and overwrite the two default files with the ones you downloaded. It is most likely a modification, and someone hosted it, and you downloaded it with no instructions on its origination.

Please, write clearly with proper structure. Double spacing makes the text feel un-jointed, Capitalizing Every Word Means People Stop Before Every Word Sub-Consciously Which Is A Pain In The Backside, and use code tags! (The right most styling box).

Well first install wordpress by following the tutorial over here
Then login to the backend of Wordpress, click Appearance on the sidebar, Then you should be able to see a screenshot of the theme that you currently put in, click install below the screenshot. That is all..

wordpressInstallDir/wp-content/themes/.
Then login to the backend of Wordpress, click Appearance on the sidebar, Then you should be able to see a screenshot of the theme that you currently put in, click install below the screenshot. That is all..
