Free web hosts almost all the time have an HTML builder, editor, or template system of some type. This will not allow you to edit anything on your own, only using the tools they give you.

If Freewebs allows FTP access (most free hosts do) then you can upload your files by yourself in any format you wish with an FTP client such as Filezilla.

If Freewebs doesn't allow FTP access, then I would recommend something such as 000webhost, it's free and should be ad-less with more control. If you need any more help just ask.

CPanel costs a lot of money for the host, so you would be lucky to find one with it.

What do you mean about clickjacking? You mean when you hit "manage" it redirects to an advertisement? That would be sad if it were the host's fault, you may want to not ever use that site again then.
