Alignment issue on IE8

Good day!

when i run my webpages in IE8 the alignment was change i don't know why it happens. Before my webpage is fix on my screen but now the scrollbar was visible, which is i don't want to happen...is it css code help me in my problem?

It would be better if you post your HTML and CSS code that do not do what you want (at least the fragment needed to view what's happening). Otherwise I'm not sure what do you mean with "alignment"...

well alignment means a lot ,no one can make a exact guess on whether it is aligned left , right or bottom , top etc. So a snippet of HTML ( if style is inlined) or CSS(if style is separated) + HTML for us to inspect will be good
