I want to set up a web forum like this. Can I find source code anywhere online. Preferrably written in php. If not, where should I start?

This package is vBulletin. You can buy it, but it's not made available for free.

I still got a vbulletin License but without updates :/ its the 3.** i would give it to you just message me what you want to make maybe you can have it if you want to

or you can use other free message boards like myBB. They are not as good as vBulletin obviously.
