We hav a wired internet connection splitted to 6 rooms
The problem is that if one starts to download(for eg : a movie), others have super slow speed.
Is there a way we can limit the speed of every room so we can divide speeds equally???

Instead of writing it out myself, there is a very simple HOWTO that writes it out for me:
Bandwidth Limiting HOWTO
This is the only portable method of limiting bandwidth, you will be setting up a SQUID proxy of which will transparently route internet data once set, of course with the strains you require.
