Get a larget monitor for your laptop, get binarculars, or don't use that ancient, outdated, obsolete turbo c. Get Code::Blocks (free) and it will make use of the entire monitor.

if it's not opening in full screen then your os doesn't supports 16 bit DOS mode.
BTW try not to use turbo c as it's obsolete,you will miss the new changes in the c language if you use that...get codeblocks it will run most of the programs you can run on turbo c
Code::Blocks

But if you really wan't full screen mode get DOSBox, an x86 emulator with DOS

No misunderstanding -- that was meant to be a little scarcastic comment :)

Turbo C is a dinosaur. DO NOT USE IT.

Unfortunately, many universities in India require their students to use Turbo C. Why is beyond me especially when there are so many free modern compilers. Such universities are robbing their students of a good education.

You may try to install DOSBox on Vista and then install Turbo C in it. I've used that for some very old programs and it worked perfectly on XP and Vista.

@zoranh: Thank you for that link and suggestion :) I installed DosBox on 64-bit Windows 7 and its working perfectly :)

For others who may also be a little confused about DosBox, here is a link you will want to read that will tell you how to access the files on c: drive.
