I had actually brought the book from a local book store . Really a nice book to learn Javascript the right way and enjoy the learning curve. Some of the other books i recommend is :
AJAX Tips and Hacks from Oreilly Media
Ajax in Action from Manning
jQuery in Action also from Manning
