In my opinion is a good layout, well aligned grid, clean but:
First: you have two missing images on header. Not visibles with firefox (i've used Chrome);
Second: in first page, the images from banner are not croped well.
third: on main content column you have used blue links with green hover. On sidebar they are gray with blue hover? Links are very important an usability and visual consistency should be taken seriously
