Heya! Happy to be here!

I was going around to a problem: Overlapping MP3 files.
The only thing I figured out is how to concatenate two audio files, but that wasn't revealant to my expectations.
I have a Background.mp3 and a Voice.mp3 files. The thing I want to do is to overlap these two audio streams and save the result in a new file Output.mp3.

I wondered around the internets for days, but I didn't find the solution, neither with the power of my mind. Can anyone help me out?
