Hi everybody!
I'm not sure if my post should go here but I would appreciate your advice. I decided to use a web service to organize beta stage better and allow users to leave feedback straight from the website. There's plenty of them on the web (such as CrowdSound, UserVoice, BetaEasy etc.) and difficult to choose.
Maybe someone already uses one of them and can advise me something. Any thoughts on the matter appreciated.

Are you looking for feedback testing, or technical testing? Molybdenum is a FireFox addon that can do some automated testing for you.

WingedPanther, sorry for silence and thanks for your reply. Actually, I was looking for feedback testing service, cause I had already had beta testers team.
I made my choice for BetaEasy. It has ability to integrate feedback button into software and I'm going to implement this feature soon.
I'm using BetaEasy for little more than two weeks and found it's support fast and helpful enough.
