I have some videos that I want to show on my website through selecting from a flash component.
If I program them in one flash component, I'm sure it will lag a lot.
I have an html site and I want to trigger videos from the flash component.

How can I do it?
Any suggestions?

Don't include the videos in flash, if you do I believe after a few minutes the audio will be off.

If you encode them in a "flv" format you can just include them.
