Hi, I am currently planning to develop a Project Management System. Where developers are able to manage clients, their projects and the workspace in which the files are stored. I have many ideas that I am already going to include and I would just like some input from yourselves on what you would like to see in a script like this. Any input I receive will be taken into consideration and I thank anyone now for any input you do give.
Many Thanks
Pete

Have you looked at sites like odesk, guru, elance? They have some pretty neat features.

Will this Project Management System script be for sale? Hosted by you (SaaS)? Hosted by developers themselves?
Here is my short list of what I would like in a script.
Pre-development (bidding, specs, designs, etc.):
- a good way to bid on projects
- display some sample code / demo if necessary
- ability to collaboratively work on specs
- ability to collaboratively work on design
- ability for sign-off (buy-ins)
- ability to set timelines
Development (versioning, demo, test):
- ability to version code
- easy to document the code
- ability to share code
- ability to demo the code (and test)
- ability to tie feedback to code (to demo)
Post-development (delivery):
- ability to transfer the code (FTP?)
- ability to generate documentation

A really cool feature (but hard to implement) would be a system where projects source code can be uploaded editted by others (either by downloading or by online editor). Then the creator of the code can look at the changes made which will all be highlighted and mayby some way of stopping the admin from missing a change near the bottom??? The basic idea is a system where people can work on software together without any threats seeping into the code...
Oh yea and another thing:
Make it fast and efficent, use google ads as they are fast loaders don't do any really fancy stuff that will just screw the entire website on every other browser; make it clean, i mean in comparison codecall is quite a clean site...
Hmm...
If you do make this site please tell me i'd like to create and upload a suggestions system.

Please, write clearly with proper structure. Double spacing makes the text feel un-jointed, Capitalizing Every Word Means People Stop Before Every Word Sub-Consciously Which Is A Pain In The Backside, and use code tags! (The right most styling box).
