Hi I am writing a POS tagger currently and came upon this this theory, anyone can educate me more on this? How does i implement it for a POS tagger. I read articles on the google on this but the maths and equation seems a bit too abstract for me. Anyone can explain in layman terms? Thanks

I'm not clear on what a Markov model would have to do with a POS tagger. I'm not seeing the connection at all. You will need a familiarity with matrices (preferably linear algebra) for it to make sense.
