Hi Guys, I would like to know what is more efficient in terms of flexibility etc, between Agile and Spring frameworks.

When you say framework, do you mean application framework?

I'm only familiar with Agile as software development/project management. From what I read, the two seem like apple and orange. But I could be wrong, as I'm still not too familiar with Spring.
