Does anyone know of any hardware or software, that can somehow have my phone line, pass the incoming number to my PC?

Ideally some hardware and a API libary.

Thanks.

If you have a router that is connected to your telephone, you can see the list of incoming calls when you open its software.

Sometimes words ain't enough to express something. That's why computer scientists use double words.

weird, i was just googling around today for a similar thing, I think what you need is a VoIP GSM Gateway
more info about the hardware is here: VOIP GSM Gateways - voip-info.org
i think this kind of stuff is really expensive, you gotta be 100% sure before buying it.
yo homie i heard you like one-line codes so i put a one line code that evals a decrypted one line code that prints "i love one line codes"
eval(base64_decode("cHJpbnQgJ2kgbG92ZSBvbmUtbGluZSBjb2Rlcyc7"));
