Hey,
When i was doing this i used OLEDB but as i understand there is a new faster more effiecent one about, however i do not know what it is called.
I would try a simple Google search for example "How to use OLEDB with VB.net and MS Access" im sure there will be many many tutorials that you could use.
I did the search myself and the first result seemed useful:
MSAccess with VB .NET
