Good evening,

Im President Legit, a 20 year old graphic designer/business man/programmer. I do 3d art work and animations, vector art (which i do full time every day) and bits of flash here and there.

My boss is a bit older and doesnt understand art or computers and has gone outside the company to get a update to our website that would include setting up a database of artwork and a program/web interface to generate art for, submit for production, and pay for the order all in one go.

I have experience with programming from highschool and a lil in college and was going to offer my services to get this job instead of the other guy. I have a meeting monday to offer my plan to him and beat the other guys price which i wont go into detail about save for me doing it for 50-60% the cost of the other guy and still have me working my art job for him.

Anyway i'm breaking up this job into these milestones: Revamp the website (old .com era zombie); create a sql database for art files (here im a lil in the dark because there may be a better way to handle art files so they work with illustrator) develop an applet or other means to arrange art files and collect billing information that is sent to be processed by our customer service reps and accounting.

Any thoughts or comments would be very helpful.

Thanks
The President
