Hi,
can you recommend detailed tutorials resources for Visual Basic?
I am new in this domain and i want to learn how to make software applications for Windows.
A step-by-step resource about how to make a software from the start until the setup and installation process on end user PC will be great.

Thats a large spectrum of tutorials... My suggestion is to use this website...
Microsoft Visual Basic .NET tutorials for Beginners
It covers alot of the useful aspects.
From experience there are not many tutorials that can walk you through everything, i would pick a project that interests you then work on it from doing Google searches, that teaches you the majority of things, if you get stuck then just post on here and someone will get back to you.
