Hey I if this is in the wrong section then you can move it but I am looking for a programmer. I need a simple program, think of this program as those dictionaries you can install on your computer but my idea is 1000 times simpler. I has an index of, I estimate, 6,000 words and corresponding numbers and some have definitions. I need a program that can organize and index all this. I don't know what language you want to make it in but it has to be one that won't install a computer (just run) and must only be the one .exe file. An example of each entry is "112.5 - Brian Tumor - also try code from Breast Cancer and Rectal Disfunction."

Organize and index by what, exactly? Alphabetically by number or by word? And are there speed requirements?
