I need a good web designer to help me build my website. I have all the materials (pre-made CSS file, images, HTML, etc..), I just need someone who can help me customize and place it the way I'd like.

I cannot offer payment right away, or anytime soon. However the minute I make a sale (the website is for my software design team), you will get a fair price for your services.
