I can't figure out how to make the mail() code work.

PHP Mail

I even checked the php.ini-production and php.ini-development files and can't figure out what to do. Hope someone can help so I can make it work. =)

I use WAMP on my laptop and what is "sendmail" and where can I download/get it?
