can be possible with VB 6 to record video like cctv ?

Hey,
Ive looked into this before, my suggestion is looking at the Avicap 32.dll it involves ALOT of functions for webcams, it does also include what you are looking for... here is a link Teach Your Old Web Cam New Tricks: Use Video Captures in Your .NET Applications.
