i bet this question is stupid but i dont know how to do it so here it goes
i have downloaded source code for an mp3 player, and i can acces to everything except the [design] tab,
can someone tell me how to show it?

You mean you can't see the forms designer? Maybe it doesn't have any and the guy just wrote the code for the UI.
