How to Add Reference to DLL Driver, MySQL ODBC 5.1 Driver in visual studio

Hy,
I am using the MySQL ODBC 5.1 Driver, MySQL Connector/ODBC 5.1 from MySQL AB, in a visual studio application. Now I have to first install the kit so I can work in my application with the driver.

I like to add a reference to VS2008 so I dont have to install the driver;
I tryed to use the Microsoft.Data.Odbc.dll but I is not working.

What i have to do to make this work?..:cool:
