Hey Guys this is my first time posting on codecall so you'll have to excuse me if I don't format this correctly. I'm having some problems with an html email blast I'm currently working on for a health care client. I've built it in a pretty straight forward fashion placing all of the emails content inside tables and I've tested it in every major browser along with all the major email clients gmail, yahoo, hotmail, apple mail, thunderbird, aol it all works fine, but for some reason outlook refuses to read my fonts and converts everything to 12pt times new roman, the format of the email remains correct and the images load properly just the fonts get all messed up. If anyone has had any experience with this and could lend a hand I'd really appreciate it.

Below is an example of how far I've gone to try and remedy this I'm literally declareing the font in every place possible and it's still not taking.

<table width="600" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" bgcolor="#FFFFFF" style="font-family:'Trebuchet MS', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<tr>
<td align="left" width="313" valign="top" style="font-family:'Trebuchet MS', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<div><img src="images/spacer.gif" width="1" height="15" alt="" style="display: block;"/></div>
<div style="font-size:32px; line-height:31px; color:#d02b27; font-family:'Trebuchet MS', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif Times;">How much do you <br/>know about plastic <br/>surgery?</div>
</td>

Which version of Outlook? What settings in Outlook? It's possible it's set to override all fonts to 12pt Times New Roman.

I like to work with outlook emails. But something crashed on my MS Outlook and I didn't change email client for this issue. My brother came to aid of me, he suggested a software, which as a matter of fact for a minute decided my trouble. In this case it might be helpful here as well - download troubleshooting of outlook .pst.
