1. Does SQL have something like Microsoft Access crosstab query?

2. How can I calculate total hours by month?

Desire displayed.
Member Name                  Jan                Feb                March
Member 1                          10                  14                 8
Member 2                           4                    20                 3

I can't fix the format, but hopefully you'll know what I mean. Thank you in advance.

It depends a little on the specific type of database. What is a cross tab query and how do you create one using a relational database?
