I have a simple CSS and HTML index page (see attached - I hope)

Problem is that when the contents of the page is too long it moves the blue background and I can't see the menu at the top in IE or FF on a windows pc. It looks fine o my mac in both but I have checked brower compatibility in Dreamweaver and resolved any problems there but nothing changed.

I can't figure out (using dreamweaver) how I get it to stay at the top so that the background does not jump around.

If anyone can help with this I'd really appreciate it!

hm.... I`ve tested it in IE and Chrome with a very long content but it looks fine.
What version of IE are you using ?

No there is no navigation bar and there should be. I have added a scroll bar to it since. Thanks
