Hello everyone new to the forum, looking for a really good open source Video Operating System and an Audio Operating System, two different animals but very relative; that's actually a true Operating System, in both cases and free, if at all possible. Any suggestions?

Start by rephrasing your question. What do you mean by a Video/Audio Operating System? Are you trying to create audio/video, display them, other? What does it have to do with web design?

No, I'm actually looking for two different operating systems. A Audio Operating System, and an Video Operating system!

Your question doesn't make sense. An operating system is something like Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, which include Audio and Video as supported components. What do you mean by "operating system"?

If you're wanting to spend money, Windows has some great multimedia tools (Sony Soundstage or vegas) but Linux has many free open source video editors such as:
Lives: SorceForge: LiVES Video Editing System - Because the media should be open
avidemux: SorceForge: Avidemux - Main Page
Cinellera: Heroine Virtual: Cinelerra
For Audio:
Audacity: SorceForge: Audacity: Free Audio Editor and Recorder
SoX: SorceForge: SoX - Sound eXchange | HomePage
Jokosher: Jokosher
I'd recommend starting from there, if you're wanting a ground up solution it does not exist to the public like so. You must decide and commit to an option.

What do you think runs in those operating system? To tell you the truth nothing, because they do not exist. Anything you'd see in a studio runs multi thousand dollar software hooked up to multiplex systems and you will not be able to "download" anything. It's a childish mistake to throw away powerful open source software that can perform the task.
We've exhausted what we can suggest, it is your job to look further.

I see, a little constructive criticism. I believe someone knows, where I can find what I'm looking for, if not at least i tried. take it easy, I'm just looking for the right info. Maybe someone here can help me, maybe not.

The only way what you're looking for would exist is as part of a dedicated system. You could have an Audio OS integrated into a sound board, for example, but not running a computer. Until you can describe in more detail what you are looking for, it is unlikely that anyone will be able to help with comments different from what we've provided.
